How long can you survive without food and water ,5 or 7 days maximum ? But Prahlad Jani a holy man from India has been able to sustain himself for the past 70 years on breath alone without food and water . Prahlad Jani claims that he is living as a monk since he was 7 year old and he was blessed by a Goddess.
India's Defense Research Development Organization (DRDO) are running tests in an attempt to understand how a man aged 82, Prahlad Jani, has been able to sustain himself for the past 70 years on breath alone to develop enhanced survival techniques. Currently Prahlad is being closely monitored by the Indian defence force. It has been more than a week now and there is no sign of thirst or hunger in fact there is no sign of physiology changes at all. Jani claim he gets the energy by meditating. Jani is monitored 24x7 with video camera in his room and a mobile camera that follows Jani when he moves outside.
Prahlad Jani brain is currently working like that of a 25 year old man due to his yoga practice. Dr. Sudhir Shah, a neurophysician involved in the study, called this a miracle in the science.

India Successfully fires two Prithvi-II nuclear capable missiles
India today successfully test fired two nuclear capable surface to surface prithvi -II missiles. The two missiles were fired at the interval of 5 minutes."Prithvi-II" was launched from the integrated test range (ITR) off the coast of Orissa.
Prithvi-II is a short-range, liquid propellant ballistic missile. It is a longer ranged, lower payload version of the Prithvi-I. This indigenously developed missile, which has a strike range up to 350 km, is nine metres in length, one metre in diameter and has a launch weight of 4,600 kg. It has been designed to deliver advanced conventional warheads deep into enemy territory. The missile stops climbing when it reaches an altitude of 30 km and dives the target at an 80 degree angle. The test is aimed at achieving close-to-zero Circular Error Probability (CEP) accuracy

Maruti launches new Zen Estilo
Maruti suzuki finally launched all new Zen Estillo which has k-series engine and also very good and bold look than the previous one .Equipped with the popular 998cc K-series engine, the Estilo delivers a superior fuel efficiency of 18.2 kmpl (ARAI test results). This BSIV compliant engine makes the Estilo the second car in Maruti Suzuki stable that meets the BSIV norms much ahead of the effective date, April 2010.
Technical highlights of the K10B engine include DOHC (Double Overhead Cam shaft) with offset crank shaft, resulting in better volumetric efficiency, improved power and FE, high compression ratio, plastic intake manifolds for reducing weight and suction losses, Smart Distributor-less ignition (SDLi) system with dedicated plug top coils and advanced injector for superior atomization. The engine oil in the new technology K10B engine is required to be changed only after 10,000 km thus lowering the running cost.
The new Estilo has got a minimum ground clearance of 165 mm and wheelbase of 2360 mm. The tight turning radius of 4.6 meters makes the Estilo a favored car in tight parking and driving conditions.

NO ONE ALIVE TODAY WILL EVER SEE THIS 27th AUGUST AGAIN
This coming 27th August will never occur again in your life. The Red planed Mars is going to be spectacular on this day .This month and next, Earth is catching up with Mars in an encounter that will culminate in the closest approach between the two planets in recorded history. The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287Due to the way Jupiter's gravity tugs on Mars and perturbs its orbit, astronomers can only be certain that Mars has not come this close to Earth in the Last 5,000 years, but it may be as long as 60,000 years before it happens again.
The encounter will culminate on August 27th whenMars comes to within 34,649,589 miles of Earth andwill be (next to the moon) the brightest object in the night sky. It will attain a magnitude of -2.9and will appear 25.11 arc seconds wide.At a modest 75-power magnification
Mars will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye.

Mars will be easy to spot. At the beginning of August it will rise in the east at 10p.m. and reach its azimuth at about 3 a.m. By the end of August when the two planets are closest, Mars will rise at nightfall and reach its highest point in the sky at 12:30a.m. That's prettyconvenient to see something that no human being has seen in recorded history. So, mark your calendar at the beginning of August to see Mars grow progressively brighter and brighter throughout the month.

Alien and human skulls found on Mars
NASA’s Spirit rover took a number of pictures depicting weird objects on the surface of Mars. Michael Middleton of Australia, a photographer and a UFO spotter, found a skull on one of the pictures taken by Spirit.
The original photograph is located on NASA’s official website on the following URL. Middleton zoomed in the photo and found a skull on the foreground.
Indeed, a piece of rock on the Martian sand bears a striking resemblance to a human skull. It is a round object with eye sockets and a nose pit. The lower jaw is embedded in the sand. It is hard to believe that the natural world of Mars could make such a rock. Middleton said that the ‘skull’ stands out against the rest of the landscape that can be seen on the photograph. It is a white object, the color of a bone.

Another object to the right of the while skull looks like someone’s head too, albeit it is not the shape of a human head. The grey rock has a small chin, there is no nose pit, whereas the eye sockets are oblong and disproportionately large. It looks like an alien skull.
According to Middleton, it is boring to think that the discovered rocks are just rocks. Their surface is unusually smooth if compared to other rocks on the photo. It is also impossible to explain how the skull of a human being and of an alien found themselves resting next to each other on the mysterious red planet.

Earthquake brings New Zealand and Australia closer together
Scientists say a massive earthquake has brought New Zealand a foot closer to Australia.
The 7.8 magnitude quake in the Tasman Sea expanded New Zealand's South Island westwards by about 30cm (12in), reports the BBC.
But with more than 1,400 miles separating the countries, nobody is likely to notice the difference. Nor, as the local media observed, is it likely to bring cheaper air fares.
Seismologist Ken Gledhill, of GNS Science, said that while the west coast had moved 30cm towards Australia, the east coast had moved only one centimeter westwards.
"Basically, New Zealand just got a little bit bigger is another way to think about it," he said.
Although it was New Zealand's biggest earthquake in 78 years, it caused only slight damage to buildings and property when it struck in the remote Fiordland region west of Invercargill.
The quake generated a small tsunami, with a 3ft wave recorded on the west coast, and people living there were advised to move to higher ground.
"For a very large earthquake, although it was very widely felt, there were very few areas that were severely shaken," Dr Gledhill added.

F-35 JOINT STRIKE FIGHTER TO REPLACE F-22 RAPTOR
US Congress voted to officially retire the F-22 Raptor in favor of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter or the F-35 Lightning II. The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter will take to the skies in 2011.
The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a fifth-generation, single-seat, single-engine, stealth-capable military strike fighter, a multirole aircraft that can perform close air support, tactical bombing, and air defense missions. The F-35's main engine is the Pratt & Whitney F135.The F-35 includes a GAU-22/A four-barrel 25 mm cannon.up to two air-to-air missiles and two air-to-ground weapons
The USAF has conducted an analysis of the F-35's air-to-air performance against all 4th generation fighter aircraft currently available, and has found the F-35 to be at least four times more effective. Maj Gen Charles R. Davis, USAF, the F-35 program executive officer, has stated that the "F-35 enjoys a significant Combat Loss Exchange Ratio advantage over the current and future air-to-air threats, to include Sukhois". The Russian, Indian, Chinese, and other air forces operate Sukhoi Su-27/30 fighters.

Military Robot Could Eat Dead Bodies
A new robot is being designed which could fuel itself by consuming organic material, from grass to furniture or even dead bodies, Fox News reports. The 'bot, from Robotic Technology Inc., is called the Energetically Autonomous Tactical Robot (EATR). It can "find, ingest, and extract energy from biomass."
According to the company's web site, the purpose of EATR:
"To develop and demonstrate an autonomous robotic platform able to perform long-range, long-endurance missions without the need for manual or conventional re-fueling, which would otherwise preclude the ability of the robot to perform such missions. The system obtains its energy by foraging – engaging in biologically-inspired, organism-like, energy-harvesting behavior which is the equivalent of eating. It can find, ingest, and extract energy from biomass in the environment (and other organically-based energy sources), as well as use conventional and alternative fuels (such as gasoline, heavy fuel, kerosene, diesel, propane, coal, cooking oil, and solar) when suitable."

Three Eclipses one solar and two lunar From July 7 Onwards
From July 7 to August 6, three eclipses, one solar and two lunar, will take place this year. The first will be a lunar eclipse on July 7, followed by a solar eclipse on July 22 and a lunar eclipse on August 6.
The sequence of the first triple eclipse will be a penumbra lunar eclipse in which the moon will be darkened by the earth's shadow occuring on July 7, will be followed by a solar eclipse on July 22 and then another lunar eclipse on August 7.The second penumbra lunar eclipse of the year falling on July 7 will not be visible from India, but the third lunar eclipse of the year falling on August 7 is visible from India, total solar eclipse on July 22 is going to be a life time opportunity for the people of India. the maximum duration of eclipse is 6 minutes and 44 seconds. This is the longest until year 2132,
The eclipses have a major effect on the world and its inhabitants. In the past great disasters have occurred and it would be not be an exaggeration to say the world was on its way to destruction. According to the book, the rare phenomenon was visible in 1915.
The next total solar eclipse would take place only in 2114, that is, over a century later
Scientist suggested people to use solar filters for observing solar eclipse and not to directly witness it with naked eye which may cause injury to eyes.

This month of July is going to be the special month . This will be the most special month of this century. This month we are going to witness 3 eclipses.

PREDICTIONS FOR 2012 ,Is 12 December 2012 end of the world
The great astrologer and predictor Nostradamus predicted that the Earth will end on December 21, 2012, and that major catastrophes such as Earthquakes will occur,All Nostradamus prediction were true till now . The predictions have to do with the ancient Mayan civilization and their "long count" calendar.
It appears open to interpretation as to whether 2012 will bring total destruction or a transformation of our world. So, below are prophecies (not necessarily Mayan) for 2012:
1. There have been three or four previous races and ages of humanity (depending upon the source you read). All of these have been destroyed in major cataclysms. December 21.2012 marks the end of this age and it will end in major catastrophes such as Earthquakes. (see commentary on this statement below)
2. For half of the katun (20 year Mayan cycle) there will be food, for half some misfortunes. This katun brings the end of the "word of God." It is a time of uniting for a cause.
3. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war and ongoing Earth changes.
4. The Earth will undergo a magnetic field shift, reversing the polarity of the planet.
5. An asteroid or comet will collide with the Earth.
Based on the prediction there is Coming out movie on November 13, 2009 called 2012,
2012 is starring John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Danny Glover, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Oliver Platt and Thandie Newton From the trailer below the film looks to utilize some truly breathtaking visual effects
Regardless of what may actually occur on that day, this movie looks like it will be a visual masterpiece. It may not have a lot of information about the predictions, and it's sure to be "Hollywoodized," but it should make for an entertaining winter release.
Do you believe that 12 12 2012 is going to be the end of this world ?Here is the trailer .

NASA attacks the moon
NASA is going to attack the moon tonight . yes its true NASA is shooting the moon .NASA has named this mission LRO Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter .This Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite are set to lift off together aboard an Atlas V rocket today at 5:12 p.m. EDT. Two additional launch opportunities also are available at 5:22 p.m. and 5:32 p.m.
If you have not heard about LRO ,here are the few points which will help you to understand LRO
# LRO is leading NASA’s way back to the moon.
# The primary objective of LRO is to conduct investigations preparing for future exploration of the moon. Specifically LRO will scout for safe and compelling lunar landing sites, locate potential resources with special attention to the possibility of water ice, and characterize the effects of prolonged exposure to the lunar radiation environment. In addition to its exploration mission, LRO will also return rich scientific data that will help us to better understand the moon’s topography and composition.
# The instrument payload of LRO consists of seven scientific instruments from partner institutions around the nation and globe, including one instrument contributed by the Institute for Space Research in Moscow. These instruments will return lunar imagery, topography, temperatures, and more.
# Launching along with LRO is the Lunar CRater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS), a partner mission that will search for water ice on the moon by sending a SUV-sized rocket stage into the permanent shadows of a polar crater. LCROSS will fly into the plume of dust left by the impact and take measurements of its properties before also colliding with the lunar surface.
# In response to LRO’s “Send Your Name to the Moon” web site, the spacecraft carries a microchip with nearly 1.6 million names that were submitted by the public. To view a photo of the microchip containing the names as engineers prepare to install it on the spacecraft click here

China's Elephant Man , MAN WITH WORLD’S LARGEST FACE
With tumors on his face and head that would make even the most compassionate of souls like Mother Teresa say “Damn B! What is that?!” Huang Chuncai, 31 bravely underwent a potentially life ending surgery to get part of his 33 pound tumor removed. Yep, not only is it a tumor, but it’s 33 pounds of it, too. But he has to further undergo another surgery to remove rest of the tumor .Known as "China's Elephant Man," Huang Chuncai suffers from exceptionally large tumors that have stunted his growth, left his bones undeveloped, caused his spine to buckle and restricted his breathing. Now, Huang undergoes a risky surgery.
I pray for him to get well soon and return to normal life
